1. Questions about searching
1.1 On the basis of which criteria can I conduct a search?
You can search on the first name, surname or the place of residence of the person you are looking for. You can make a combination of:
- name and place of residence

1.2 How can I make my search more specific?
By entering the name and surname of the person you are looking for as accurately as possible. By also entering the place of residence of the person you are looking for you can make a search even more specific.
2. Questions about My Internet Address Book
2.1 How can I add contacts?
Look for the person you want to add with The Internet Address Book, if the person is found you can add him or her to your personal Internet Address Book by clicking on 'add to My Internet Address Book'. Please note, that it is only possible to do so when you are logged in. The contact will then be added to your personal Internet Address Book.
2.2 How can I invite others?
When you are logged in, you can invite friends to join The Internet Address Book via the 'tell your friends' link. Via 'My contacts' it is furthermore possible to add someone on the basis of an e-mail address. If this person is already listed in The Internet Address Book he or she will be added automatically, otherwise they will be sent an e-mail with a invitation to join the Internet Address Book.
2.3 How do I create a group?
You have to be logged in before you can create a group. You can create a group in your personal Internet Address Book by clicking on ‘Create new group’. Next you enter the name of the group and click on 'save details'. In the pull down menu, select the group you want to copy your contact to and click on copy.
2.4 How can I delete a contact from a group?
You will need to be logged in before you can delete a contact from a group. Go to the relevant group from which you want to delete a contact. Select the contact and right-hand mouse click on 'delete'.
2.5 How can I move a contact to another group?
You will need to be logged in before you can delete a contact from a group. Go to the relevant group from which you want to delete a contact. Select the contact and right-hand mouse click on 'delete'.
2.6 How can I fully delete a contact?
You have to be logged in before you can fully delete a contact. Go to 'all contacts', select the contact you want to delete and right-hand mouse click on 'delete'.

3.1 Why do I need to register?
By registering it becomes possible for anyone looking for you on the Internet to find you. In addition it allows you to use all functionalities of The Internet Address Book.
3.2 What does The Internet Address Book do with my details?
The Internet Address Book will never make improper use of your details and will furthermore do everything within its power to safeguard the safety of your details.
3.3 Is it possible for me to register others for The Internet Address Book?
It is not possible for you to register others for The Internet Address Book directly. It is however possible for you to invite your friends to join The Internet Address Book so that they will appear in your personal address book.
