The Internet Address Book is the property of and operated by Delfblue BV. Below you will find the general terms and conditions for using the Internet Address Book. By using the Internet Address Book and agreement is established between you and the Internet Address Book. The following terms and conditions are applicable to this agreement.
- The Internet Address Book may exclusively be used to search for contact details.
- All titles, illustrations, designs on the Internet Address Book website as well as the 'look and feel' of the Internet Address Book website are the property of Delfblue BV and may not be used without the explicit, written permission of Delfblue BV.
- The contact details may not be sold, copied or used for (direct) mail purposes.
- You are not entitled to make a direct link or gateway between the Internet Address Book and other websites, (meta) search engines or any other computer network whatsoever, without prior written permission of the Internet Address Book, other than by means of a hyperlink.
- You may only access the contact details on screen. The contact details may not be stored in a file, other than by means of the media made available by the Internet Address Book, or in a temporary file, which is essential for the proper functioning of your browser.
- In the event of improper use of the above, the Internet Address Book reserves the right to withdraw the user rights of the infringer with immediate effect, or to deny him access to further searches of the contact details and to take the appropriate technical measures needed to do so. All this solely at the discretion of the Internet Address Book.
- The Internet Address Book takes utmost care to ensure that all details published are accurate and up-to-date. It is nevertheless possible for some inaccuracies to occur. The Internet Address Book, as well as its affiliated companies, data vendors and suppliers cannot be held liable for any damage arising as a result of inaccuracies, problems caused by, or inherent to the distribution of information via the Internet as well as for technical problems.
- The Internet Address Book reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. The amended terms and conditions will then be published on the website of the Internet Address Book.
- This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be arbitrated by the competent court.
